How admission works
You pre-register online directly with the University of Andorra; for a September start pre-registration runs from mid-March to the end of June or August depending on the programme (for the 2027/28 intake: spring–summer 2027). Access requires the Andorran baccalaureate or a qualification recognised by the Government of Andorra: applicants with a foreign diploma must first obtain an administrative ID number (NIA) and a certificate of access to higher education from the Ministry of Higher Education. Teaching is mainly in Catalan, so you need to know Catalan. Most programmes admit everyone who meets the requirements; nursing has 35 places and ranks applicants by their baccalaureate grade and the university's own anatomy and French tests.

Tuition fees in Andorra
At public universities an EU student typically pays €1,686 a year, and a student from outside the EU €1,686 a year. All amounts are per year in euros; fees charged per credit or per semester are converted to a full year (60 ECTS credits or two semesters).

| Public universities | €1,686 | €1,686 | €1,686 | €1,686 | 5 of 5 |
Where the fee depends on family income, the typical figure is the full fee and the range starts at the lowest one.
Good to know about fees
- Andorra: The Government of Andorra sets the fees of the University of Andorra every year: in 2026/27 an on-campus bachelor's costs €28.10 per ECTS credit (about €1,686 for a 60-credit year), the same for Andorran residents, EU citizens and everyone else. The price per credit rises by 50% for a second degree of the same level at the UdA and for a third or later enrolment in the same module. Students from large or single-parent families get 50% off; students with a disability study free.
