Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data UniEuropa collects when you visit the site and what we do with it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible
The data controller is Maxim Yaroshenko, Travesia Canaders, 9, 17002 Girona, Spain, NIE Y7203322N. Contact: hello@unieuropa.app
What we collect and why
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data for each request (IP address, browser type, page requested, time). We use it to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Visit statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It works without cookies, does not store anything in your browser and does not identify individual visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer. Legal basis: your request.
We do not sell personal data and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Links to other sites
When you click a link to a university, a course provider or another service, you leave this site. Course providers, services and their affiliate networks may set their own cookies to record that the visit came from us. Their handling of your data is covered by their own privacy policies.
Who else processes data
We use Cloudflare for hosting and for visit statistics. It processes data on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Server logs: as set by the hosting provider, normally up to a few months
- Visit statistics: in aggregated form
- Emails: until the conversation is closed, and no longer than two years
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable form. Write to hello@unieuropa.app. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We update this page when something changes in how we handle data. The current version is always here.
